In 2012 this client occupied new office space in London to accommodate growth within their business. Dissatisfied with the service delivery and the quality provided by its incumbent national service provider, the Client invited JX3 into the process with a simple brief, to “provide us with excellent service”.

The innovative Floor Captain role is a key factor in the success of the effective service delivery model. As the ‘Go To’ person , the Floor Captain will manage everything from Visitors, Sub Contractors, Incoming/ Outgoing Mail & Parcels, General Housekeeping, stationeryManagement, Mutli Functional Device maintenance & support, Reception Cover and much much more.
JX3 also provides a purchasing function for the Client covering items such as:
- Fire Extinguishers
- First Aid Boxes
- Electrical items
- Kitchen Utensils
- All beverage items
- Recycling Bins
As a result of JX3’s ability to fully understand the Client's vision for its business, employees and new Ways of Working (WOW) they were invited to provide a complete service delivery package for the new office environment that was created in Manchester in April 2013.
Initially JX3 took ownership and responsibility for setting up the entire workspace.
JX3 organised the supply & delivery of everything from the cutlery, crockery, microwave ovens, first aid boxes, fire extinguishers, furniture matching the confidential waste bins to fitting notice boards. Attention to detail was crucial and on time delivery was key.
JX3 continues to enjoy an exceptionally positive relationship with this client and has achieved a 99.1% satisfaction rating.
